Provides for use of the paid Content by means of its reproduction, distribution (including import), public demonstration / public performance, rental, dissemination to the public by broadcasting and/or by cable, communication to the general public, modification and by other means provided in cl. 2 art. 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, in printed matter (with print runs not exceeding 1 million copies) and in the Internet; in audio and video clips, including music videos, video-, tele- and motion picture films, television and radio programs etc.; in design of products intended for sale of other forms of distribution; WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PACKAGING OF GOODS AND ADVERTISING MATERIALS OF ANY KIND. The Licensee under the Standard License IS NOT ENTITLED to transfer the paid Content to third parties.

Provides for use of the paid Content by any means specified in Standard Licence, as well as in packaging of goods and advertising materials of any kind (printed, outdoor advertising, web-advertising, TV-ads etc.). The Licensee under the Extended License is entitled to provide the paid Content to third parties engaged in realization of the project, in relation to use wherein the respective Content is acquired.
